What this service is

Down Dashboard aggregates publicly published status information from third-party vendors and presents it in one place, alongside links to each vendor’s own status page, crowd-sourced user reports, and their support page.

Third-party names and marks

References to third-party services, including their names and logos, are for identification purposes only. Down Dashboard is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of the services it monitors. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy, and its limits

Status information comes from each vendor’s own published status page. Vendors sometimes under-report: an outage affecting real users may never appear on the vendor’s page. Where we cannot read a vendor’s status, we say so rather than showing a status we do not have.

This service is provided as-is, without warranty. It is a diagnostic aid, not a monitoring contract, and it should not be the only signal behind a decision that matters.

Acceptable use

Do not claim a dashboard for an organization you do not represent. We verify claims by matching the signup email’s domain against the organization domain, and we will remove dashboards that misrepresent an organization.

Free and paid

The free tier is genuinely free and we intend to keep it useful. Paid features are billed annually and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; cancelling returns the dashboard to the free tier rather than removing it.
